Uno Port Inn was a delightful retreat for my family during our Japan escapade. Situated conveniently near Shibukawa Zoo and other attractions, this cozy inn catered perfectly to our needs. The accommodating staff, especially notable for being fluently bilingual, were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay truly exceptional. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities provided for families with children, enhancing our experience seamlessly. The serene atmosphere of the traditional Japanese-style room, complemented by the impeccable cleanliness, made us feel at home instantly. The private shower setup in the common area was a convenient touch, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Uno Port Inn's cafe was a favorite spot for our family, serving scrumptious breakfast sandwiches that satisfied our palates every morning. The inclusive and family-friendly ambiance of the inn, coupled with its strategic location, made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We departed with cherished memories and a longing to return during the warmer seasons for an extended visit.
